Your personal data privacy is important to A.A Pte. Ltd. ("Atelier Aroma") and we are highly committed in respecting and managing your Personal Data collected in line with this Policy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Atelier Aroma and its affiliates collect, use and disclose personal information of customers through our website, social media channels, and online services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Sites"). 2. When you register to be a volunteer or donor for the various projects, programmes and initiatives at SG Enable;

3. When you are referred to SG Enable by a government agency, other partners and social service agencies ("SSA");

4. When you participate in surveys, events, awards, promotions, competitions, contests, or other activities conducted or organised by SG Enable;

Atelier Aroma may use or disclose the personal data we collect from you for any of the following purposes:

2. To enable Atelier Aromas employees to fulfil the obligations/ services as stipulated in your contract with Atelier Aroma;

4. To inform you about Atelier Aroma's schemes, services, programmes, courses, events, or other information that may be relevant to you;

5. For marketing and publicity efforts by Atelier Aroma and or our partners if you have provided consent for such purposes;

You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data for the above mentioned purposes and agree to be bound by the obligations it imposes on you, when you accept this Privacy Policy by continuing to browse Atelier Aroma’s Sites, continuing to engage with Atelier Aroma. In this regard, please ensure that all personal data submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct at the time of submission. Failure on your part to do so may result in our inability to provide you with products and services you have requested. Please note that if you do not consent to any of the above business purposes, Atelier Aroma may not be able to meet the purposes for which the information was collected.

This Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore in any dispute relating to this Policy.
